Overview

For those who need to be ahead of the game, they can set NEOmobile to alert them when a particular event is occurring, either via Email or mobile app notification. The mobile app is available for iPhone and Android and provides very fast alert notifications - typically less than one second.

Setup Alerts

Setting up alerts in our web services, wether in NEOmobile or NEOpoint, is a breeze.

Quiet Hours

You can also setup your "Quiet Hours" or time when you dont want to be disturbed by the alerts.

The steps are as simple as:

1. Go to the Alerts page
2. Click on 'Insert new alert'
3. Select the Alert variables, conditions and other parameters
4. Click on the 'Test Alert' to test if the server can contact you
